About BrndStreet

BrndStreet is a brand memory tool for marketing agencies and creators. It learns each brand once, from the brand’s website, socials and documents. Then it helps your team find what is working in that brand’s niche, and draft content in the brand’s voice.

Your team checks every draft before anything goes out. We build BrndStreet for agencies first and creators second.

BrndStreet is not open to the public yet. We’re opening access in small groups. This website is our waitlist, and these terms cover the waitlist and the website.

What the waitlist is, and what it isn't

The waitlist is a list of people who want to hear when their group’s access to BrndStreet opens. It is not:

• a purchase, a subscription, or a trial
• a promise of a place, or of a date for one
• a contract to use the product, or any part of it

Places in each group are limited. Joining involves no payment.

Joining

Give your real name and an email address you check. We keep one entry per email address, so joining twice with the same address keeps a single entry. We may refuse throwaway addresses, so please use a permanent one.

The founder call

After you join, you can book an optional 15-minute call with our founder. Booking runs through a booking page hosted by Cal.com. On the call we show BrndStreet working on one of your own brands. Booking a call does not promise you a place.

Emails from us

By joining, you agree to get emails about your invite and about what we’re building. You can unsubscribe from any of them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your details.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• give someone else’s email address, or pretend to be someone else
• try to break the forms or the site, flood them with requests, or copy the site automatically
• use what you learn here to mislead people about BrndStreet or what it does
• copy our site, design or words for a product of your own

Our words, and yours

BrndStreet’s site, words, design and logos belong to us. You may share a link to any page, and you may quote a short passage with credit to BrndStreet.

The quotes in the problem section belong to their authors. Each one links to its source.

What you type into the forms is yours. You give us permission to keep it so we can run the waitlist, as our privacy policy describes.

Figures on the site

The figures on the site, such as videos scored and creators tracked, are counts from our own data. Each one is a minimum: the real count is at least the number shown.

No warranties

We provide this site and the waitlist as they are. We try to keep them running and accurate, but we do not promise they will always be available, error-free or complete.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have by law.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, BrndStreet is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the waitlist. This does not limit any liability that the law says we cannot exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the waitlist or the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
