Approvals: Nothing goes out unapproved.
Reviewers sign off the exact version that goes out. An edit after sign-off sends it back, and nothing unapproved can be published.

Questions about Approvals.
How does content approval work in BrndStreet?
A writer sends the post for review from its card. A manager or the owner approves it, asks for changes or rejects it, and the approval covers that exact version of the script and caption.
Who can approve posts?
Managers and owners on the brand. You can send a post to one reviewer you pick, or to every manager.
What happens if someone edits a post after it's approved?
Any change to the script, the beats or the caption sends the card back to Review, with the changed words marked for the reviewer.
Can a post go out without approval?
Not while the internal check is on for that brand. Editors can't publish or schedule until a post is approved, and that holds whether it's sent from the composer, the calendar, a board or a retry.
How will I know a post is waiting for me?
You get a notice in the bell and by email, the post sits on your Approvals page, and it's listed under Waiting for you on the dashboard.
Can I approve several posts at once?
Yes, a manager can approve up to 25 at once. Posts that were edited or flagged are held back so you read those one by one.
Sign off once, and know that's what goes out.
Turn on the internal check for a brand and send your first post for review.
