Which platforms can I schedule posts to?
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. That covers Reels and carousels on Instagram and TikTok, and Shorts and long videos on YouTube.
Can I schedule TikTok posts?
Yes, from the composer. You choose who can see each post every time you send it, and anything the creator has switched off in TikTok stays off.
What's the difference between a planned post and a scheduled one?
A planned post has a day you're aiming for. A scheduled post is booked with the platform and goes out at its time. The calendar draws them differently, and a scheduled post can't be moved until you cancel it.
What happens if Instagram rejects my post?
The checklist catches the usual reasons before you book, like an image that's too wide or a caption that's too long. If a post still fails, the card says why in plain words and lets you fix it and retry.
Can I edit a post after it's scheduled?
Yes. The card is marked as edited after it was scheduled, and if your team uses approvals, it needs signing off again before it goes out.
Which time zone are posts scheduled in?
The brand's. Every brand has its own time zone, so nine in the morning means nine where the brand is, and you can still see times in your own zone while you plan.
