Brand Intelligence

Brand Intelligence: Teach it the brand once.

It learns how a brand sounds from what it's already made, keeps learning from every post, and writes every idea and script in that voice.

VOICE

Short, plain and a little dry. Talks like the roaster, not the café.

AUDIENCE

People who brew at home and want it better without the fuss.

POSITIONING

Small-batch, roasted on Monday, on the shelf by Thursday.

TONE

Warm, never cute. Proud of the work, never loud about it.

Taking on a new client

Reading an AI draft

“It's fine, it just doesn't sound like us.”

After a client complaint

“We told the writer twice. It still said ‘artisan’.”

Planning next month

HOOK

Have you ever wondered what makes a great cup of coffee?

BEAT 1

Our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches.

BEAT 2

Grinder, kettle, pour, filmed at the café counter.

CTA

On the shelf Thursday. Order by Wednesday.

What it knew

  • Brand DNA and the Rulebook
Read from the website, socials and brand guide
  • Nothing learned yet
It hasn't seen a post or a kept idea yet
Written from the brand alone

The CTA didn't move because it's a Rulebook line, and rules outrank anything learned.

Agency

Every client sounds like themselves.

Each client brand gets its own DNA, Rulebook and memory, so a writer moving between three clients in a day never carries one voice into the next.

  • One brain for each client brand
  • Client rules checked on every script
  • Sharper with every month of posts

Questions about Brand Intelligence.

How does BrndStreet learn a brand's voice?

It reads the brand's website, its social accounts, any documents you upload such as a brand guide, the posts and videos you link as voice references, and a few short answers you give when you add it. From that it writes the Brand DNA: who the brand is, who it's for and how it sounds.

What's the difference between the Brand DNA and the Rulebook?

The Brand DNA describes how the brand sounds. The Rulebook holds the lines it never crosses, like a word you never use or a day you always give, and every script is checked against it. When the two disagree, the rule wins.

Does it keep learning after setup?

Yes. Once the brand's accounts are connected it learns from its own posts: how they really sound, and what the hits share that the flops don't. It also learns from the ideas your team keeps or skips, your answers to the script writer's questions and anything you ask it to remember.

How do I make it remember something about a brand?

Start a message to the assistant with “remember”, like “remember: we never film inside the café”. It's saved to that brand, and every idea and script after that is written with it.

Can I change what it learned?

The brand owner can change the sources it read and rebuild the Brand DNA. Managers and owners edit the Rulebook whenever they like, and since a rule always outranks anything learned, it's the quickest way to correct it.

Can I keep each client's brand voice separate?

Yes. Every brand has its own DNA, Rulebook and memory, and nothing learned for one brand is ever used to write for another.
